ISO cat friendly room

Description

ISO private room for myself and my two cats (I know this makes searching more difficult). I am a 24F looking to move in the Leesburg, Sterling, Ashburn area. Max rent is $1400. I am quiet, respectful, don’t smoke, party, or drink heavily. I spend much of my time at work, studying, with my boyfriend or at the barn. My cats are quite friendly, get along well with other animals with appropriate introductions, and are house broken. My non-negotiables are bringing my cats, a full kitchen (stove), and in-unit washer/dryer. I have my own furniture so don’t need a furnished place. I am open to a place with roommates or a basement/separate apartment attached to a house.
