🏡 HOUSING WANTED – MARRIED COUPLE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT Hello everyone! My husband and I are looking for a room, basement, studio, or small apartment to rent in the DC/MD area. 📍 Preferred areas:
Takoma Park • Takoma • Brookland • NoMa • Silver Spring • Wheaton • or anywhere convenient to the Red Line Metro. 🚇 Ideally, we would love a place within about 10–15 minutes walking distance to a Metro station, but we are open to other good locations as well. 💰 Budget: $1,300–$1,500/month
🛏️ Furnished is preferred, but we are open to unfurnished options too. 👫 About us:
We are a married, middle-aged couple, quiet, clean, respectful, and easygoing. We both work — my husband is a massage therapist, and I work as a caregiver. We are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that we can call home. We are responsible tenants, take good care of the place we live in, and value privacy and a respectful living environment. We are open to:
