Looking for a duplex/house for rent

Hi everyone! I’m Sydney, I’m 30 years old looking for a studio or 1 bed 1 bath! I have a dog, he’s an ESA. He’s a golden retriever and the sweetest boy in the world. He will be 3years old next month! I’m looking for a place that I can just take my dog for walks in a safe neighborhood towards downtown or historic area. I’m in need of a house or duplex to have some sort of yard for my dog (bonus if it’s fenced!!) I’m super clean, quiet, and just want to live the Florida life. I’m moving from out of state so I just want have the least stressful move. Thank you!!
