Looking for safe place

Description

I'm looking for a small place to save money and transition into more custodial time. Co-parenting with family so moving into same household isn't best choice for child. Have tried the roomate situation but my goals haven't found a good fit. Have fulltime employment and supportive family. Enjoy the outdoors, working on cars and quality time with my child and family.
