Looking for roommate

Hey! I’m looking for a roommate who might be interested in renting a room in my house in Lakewood! (Reach out on 📸 Jacobocaj)I’ll be honest, I’m a little hesitant because I’ve had a bad experience in the past, but financially, having a roommate would be a huge help, so I figured I’d put the feelers out there! The room isn’t huge, but it connects to the attic, which you’d also have access to, along with the rest of the house. A few things to know: 🎸 Music: I play in a band, and we practice Mondays from around 7–9 PM. The drummer and I occasionally practice on weekends, usually around noon at the earliest. 🐶 Dogs: I have two super sweet dogs, so you’d definitely need to be comfortable living with dogs! 🏠 Guests: I’m a pretty big homebody and a bit of a hermit, haha. Having friends over is totally fine; I’m just particular about overnight guests because I’ve been stolen from before and would rather not repeat that experience. 🧹 My grandma: She lives next door and sometimes comes over to clean and let the dogs out when I have to stay late at work. I’ll make sure she respects your privacy and gives you your space! 🚬 Smoking: If you smoke, please do it outside and clean up after yourself. I’d appreciate not having cigarette butts all over the backyard! 👦 My brother: My 16-year-old brother stays over sometimes. He has his own room and is a pretty chill kid! 📍 Location: The house is in Lakewood, right by Mahall’s, with plenty of things nearby and easy access to the highway. I’m just looking for someone respectful who wants a comfortable place to live and someone I can get along with.
