Mature quiet couple

Description

We need a furnished room to rent by September 1. All of our things are in storage so we only have our personal items with us and two bicycles. We have two cars. We would need kitchen privileges including a small area of the refrigerator to put our food. Laundry privileges would be appreciated. We do not wish to share a bathroom with anyone else. We would like utilities included. We have a credit rating of over 800. We do not have pets but don't mind yours. Same with small children. We are very quiet and my husband works from home on the computer so we would appreciate a fairly quiet environment. We are very clean and respectful and can even help around the home if needed. We need to move in by September 1 or as close to that date as possible.
