hi! i have a lease takeover available for you at maple ridge townhomes! it runs from august 21st to late july 2027. it comes with a private bedroom and private bathroom (FURNISHED) and is a 2 minute walk from the bt bus stop (relevant if you’re a student). parking and guest parking are free/included in your rent, and so is internet/trash disposal/in-unit laundry. there’s less noise since it’s in a quieter area. the complex includes a pool, gym, clubhouse, and study rooms. there is one other roommate who i’d describe as quiet but respectful. the rent is $1,015 a month. let me know if you’d be interested!
