Private bedroom with a walk-in closet. The shared bathroom is located just outside the bedroom. I primarily use a separate bathroom, so you'll have this one mostly to yourself. The tenant is responsible for keeping it clean.
The home includes a furnished shared kitchen and living room.

I work from home building an online business, so I value a calm, respectful, and quiet living environment. This is not a party house. No smoking or marijuana is permitted on the property. Occasional alcohol is fine, but heavy drinking is not a good fit.
I'm looking for a roommate who is respectful of shared spaces, communicates well, and appreciates a peaceful home.
