Master can be furnished for +$200/mnth. Originally, this room was going to be used as an Airbnb suite, but after researching the local market, I decided to offer it as long-term housing instead. The room currently has two Twin XL beds, but if rented by an individual or couple, they can be combined into a king-size bed, and I'll provide the king bedding, comforter, and setup at no additional cost. This is the master suite of the home, featuring a private bathroom, a massive walk-in closet, garage parking, and the largest bedroom in the house. As the master occupant, you'll also have the final say on shared house decisions and priority control over the spacious backyard, making it feel much more like your own private space while still enjoying the benefits of a professionally managed home. This home is ideal for traveling professionals, traveling nurses, military personnel, veterans, contractors, or anyone looking for a clean, quiet, upscale place to live.
