Room for rent wanted

Hi my name is Jody Hardeman, I’m 26 years old. I am originally from middle Georgia but moved here to pursue a better career in construction Project Management and HVAC contracting. I’m currently looking for a room somewhere around Greenville, we are setting up a dealer here so I have to find a temporary place to stay until next year. I am VERY clean and ALWAYS pick up/clean up after myself I think I’m very good roommate being that I respect other people’s privacy and boundaries, I am very easy going and chill easy to get along with. I try to stay quiet and not be loud at home out of respect for the person I am staying with. I do not do drugs or drink. I am ALWAYS on time with my rent money and will NOT be late.
