Special Education Aid Seeks Room

I don’t require much, as I don’t have much and am fairly minimalistic! Ideally I’d love a space that felt independent (a basement room, in-law apartment, or even bedroom with a private entrance). Honestly, I'd even take a standalone shed if it means having my own independent space! Haha. Laundry access is nice luxury, but not a necessity. One drawer in the fridge is more than enough for me! I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and would prefer a stable 6 to 12-month lease. Due to current market rates, I’m hoping to find a landlord interested in a reduced-rent arrangement in exchange for household help, property maintenance, or support services.
