Hi my name is Josh. I just moved here from the East coast this year. I am looking for a nice room to rent with my own bathroom. My budget is anywhere from 1000-2000. I’m a quiet and clean professional. My day to day looks something like Work, going to the gym, and coming home to relax. I do not drink or smoke or do any drugs of any sort. I do not mind if you do as long as it’s within reason. Ideally would be looking for a master bedroom. I would love to meet up in person and check out the room sometime. I need to find something within the next month or so.
