I'm renting a room in my house. The monthly payment is 700 for a medium size room; water and internet included; electric bill would month to month. Washer, dryer in the house. Parking available. Security cameras around the house perimeter, monitored by ADT 24/7. The room will be unfurnished and available on September 20th. There is another room that's larger, becoming available on September 1st at 800 a month. Both rooms will be unfurnished; if you need a bed I have a brand new queen size one spare available, we can discuss this option.
