I'm looking to rent a room

Hello!! My landlord raised the rent for the 3rd time on 3yrs and what he's asking is just ridiculous So looking for a room to rent. I work full-time 7days a week so I'll hardly ever be there during the day. I'm extremely quiet and keep to myself. I don't party or make any noise Also I don't drink or do drugs. I don't mind helping out around the place at all and I promise to be more of a benefit than a burden. I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
