Roommate in Rancho Penasquitos

My sister is moving out of my 2BR/2 Bath 927sqft condo in Rancho Penasquitos, so there’s a 1BR/1Bath available. The room is currently furnished with a bed and closet and there’s options for other furniture if needed. Photos are from move-in, I’ll update with more current soon. The room is 11’6” x 9’11”. Assigned parking spot and plenty of street parking. Lease renewal is coming up at the end of August so looking to fill by then! I have a cat and so no more pets please
