2b2b apartment in 70508 area

Description

Looking to lease my current 2b2b apartment in 70508 area (13m1n drive from ULL) I am graduating from UL this summer so I am looking to lease my apartment. It is located next to costco, like 5 mins walk to it. I think the location is pretty good, 10 min drive to everything I need imo. It is a 2b2b apartment, me and my current roommate are down to lease either 1 or 2 of the room base on the needs. For the apartment, I do enjoy my stay here, the office is pretty nice, respond to our request pretty fast (most of the time its fixed in a day). Also the pest control is on point imo, pretty rare to see bugs in the house. The environment of this place is decent, and there is a place to wash ur car if needed, its got the water pump and stuff. The current rent is 1300 per month for 2 person, so 650 per person. We are also down to negotiate for pricing details. Since I am leaving in mid august, so you could move in either late august or september. If you do want to move in in august, you could move in for free til september since I already paid for everything for august. I also have some furnitures like desk, night stand, drawer and stuff that I could leave here if needed.
