Private Room Available Golden Valley
I own a condo, and it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's obviously not on campus, but it is about a 9 mile drive to East Bank (around 20 minutes). If you have a car and are willing to commute, it might be worthwhile. I am looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom at the end of this month or next month. The cost will be $425 for August (if you move halfway or closer to the end of the month) and then $850 per month total. I'll cover all utilities and internet. There will be a $500 deposit for the room and a $50 move-in fee that goes to the HOA. There is also a $50 one-time pet fee if you have a pet. I'm not sure if the HOA allows more than one pet. The location is a massive attribute. It's 9 miles from the U of M and a quick 10 minute drive to get downtown. I'm also surrounded by parks.
If you move in, you'll be living with me. I'm very easygoing and talkative, but I also respect personal space. I value clear communication and cleanliness. Ideally, my roommate would also be very clean. I work from home, and my shift is 8-4 Monday-Friday. I stay in my room during work except to get food. I leave the condo often, though, because I go to the gym nearly every day, visit my mom, and I like to travel. Feel free to reach out if you're interested! I'm prefer female/femm roommates.
