Cute apartment in Glendale!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a room in my apartment in Glendale. A little about me: I’ve lived here for almost 6 years, I’m very clean, pretty quiet, and tend to keep to myself. The apartment is in a small, peaceful complex with only about 10 units. I’m looking for someone who is:
• Female
• Between 21–35 years old
• Clean and respectful
• Preferably has no pets Rent is $1,100/month, which includes gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electricity is typically around $40–50 per person each month, and Wi-Fi is $25 per month. Please note: The bedroom will be unfurnished. My current roommate is still living here, so the photos show their furniture in the bedroom. All of the furniture in the living room is mine and will be staying, along with most of the kitchen items, so the common areas will remain fully furnished.
