Hi my name is Andrew and I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on 7th ave 8th street SW right beside 7th ST ctrain station in the Garden Towers building starting September 1st or potentially earlier till April 2027 or longer. - The rent is 850 a month all included w a 300 security deposit - There is coin laundry, and an onsite gym. - Small pet’s are allowed for a 35 per month and I would be comfortable with it - Parking is 130 a month in the garage (I dont drive so we wouldn’t have to pay for multiple) - Mostly furnished place w/ dishware chill with sharing - coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster - bedroom is unfurnished - Lots of communal storage! I am 21 and go to AUArts across from Sait fulltime during the school year and I work part-time as a Barista. I’m looking for someone queer or comfortable with it because I am myself I have a current lease for the apartment for a year till April 2027 but my previous co signer roommate had to leave for financial reasons, so I need someone to take over the lease with me till at least April but would be willing to stay longer on a different contract (building offers month to month and 6 month as well) I am okay with simply cohabitating but I would prefer to be on good terms so that we can discuss rules or comfortability without a lot of drama. I’m pretty chill I draw, read and play games a lot (been really into hollow knight recently!) or I’m out with friends. I am always down for a good chat and will pretty much say yes to any outing but i do love my room and private time so i respect both for people.
