Room for rent

I have one of my rooms becoming available in September. The room has been painted since and will be partially furnished. Preferably looking for a woman to move in, nothing weird I’ve just had better luck with women living in my house vs. men. You would be sharing the bathroom with the other roommate, who is also a woman. Shes very tidy and keeps to herself. This is a month to month living situation, as long as you are a tidy person and respect the household, you can stay as long as you want! Rent is $1,000 a month and that’s everything included.
