Male or Female, non-smoker, age 20+, NO COUPLES, NO PETS. AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER /month, includes electric, water and Wi-Fi. CABLE NOT INCLUDED. MOVE IN FEES: Deposit $450 plus First month rent of $900.00 due at signing of lease. I require 2 references; proof of employment and you will be asked to sign a written lease one week in advance along with the first months’ rent and deposit. LOCATION: East Orlando. Gated community, on street parking, quiet neighborhood. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs and I have a small male Shih-tzu that stays downstairs with me and am looking for a roommate to rent a FURNISHED bedroom upstairs (has a queen size bed, a night stand, floor lamp, a ceiling fan, the room measurements are 11’ x 12’). There is a full bathroom and laundry room upstairs that you will share with current tenants. You will share the laundry room and the kitchen with me, and the current tenants. The length of the lease is for 12 months minimum, with the option to renew. The $450.00 deposit is refundable as long as the room, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen etc. is in good condition. NO PETS, NO KIDS, NO COUPLES, NON-SMOKERS.
