Move-in cost includes first and last month, and one-month deposit, no fees. Tenants share utilities cost and internet (~$50/mo in summer, ~$125 in winter). DM me with a brief introduction and I will schedule an in-person tour. About the bedrooms:

I graduated from BU'23. I like taking walks, having talks about random topics, and occasionally watching a movie (good or bad).
