garage suite in chapelle

Description

Looking for someone to take over my lease on my garage suite in the beautiful neighborhood of Chapelle. The rent is $1,350 a month with utilities included, and is pet friendly. It is a 1 bed 1 bath with laundry in suite. Separate private entrance also. The lease will end January 31 2027. I’m looking for someone asap by the end of this month or end of September preferably.
