36 F iso Room to rent immediately.

Description

I am a 36 y/o female looking for a room to rent in Orange County, CA. Possibly the bordering areas of LA and San Bernardino Counties, it just depends. I have no animals. I have 2 small children (5&7) that I have one weekend with every month, but I can take them to a hotel during that time if they are not allowed. I work a Monday-Friday school schedule and am looking for a second job. I attend church services twice a week. I would also like to go back to school soon, so I try to keep myself busy often, but I do enjoy cooking and eating at home. And the occasional rest day is needed. I always clean up after myself with whatever I use. I clean my bedroom and the bathroom that I will be using weekly. No alcohol, no smoking. Clean record, no arrests. I have a valid driver's license.
