This is a clean, quiet, well kept home. Tenants are expected to keep their personal room clean and free of old food or trash. Shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room) must be cleaned immediately after use. Food must be stored properly and not left out. Respectful conduct is required. Maintain reasonable noise levels, respect the privacy of others, and keep common areas uncluttered. No harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior. Safety & communication. Report maintenance or safety issues promptly. No tampering with locks, smoke detectors, or security equipment. No illegal substances or activities. Guests. Guests must not disturb other tenants.
