The Room & Bathroom: - Fully furnished with a twin bed, small desk, nightstand, dresser, large futon, closet, mini fridge, ceiling fan, easy to clean LVP flooring, and a TV with Roku. - Semi-Private bathroom located immediately adjacent to the room. Amenities & Outdoor Space: - Access to a backyard deck, grill, and garden. - Limited kitchen privileges - No on- washer/dryer access, but a laundromat is located 5 miles away. Rental Terms: - Rent: $1,000 per month. - Utilities: Included (includes electricity, gas, water, internet, and common area maintenance). - Deposit: $1,000 security deposit plus the first month's rent required upon signing. - Lease Term: 3-month minimum contract.
