Looking for a room near Malden MA

Hi everyone! I'm a young professional looking to move to the Malden area (or surrounding suburbs) this fall for work. I'll be starting a position as a Junior Director for a soccer club in the Boston area, and I'm currently looking for a room to rent or roommates.
If anyone is looking for a roommate or knows of a place that will be available, I'd really appreciate any leads! I've lived with a variety of roommates over the past few years while living in Portland, Maine, and I always make an effort to keep shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
