Working professionals. Unfortunately one of our roomates had to leave suddenly due to a family emergency. Located near okeechobee and Drexel. $950 EVERYTHING included, WiFi, light, water, laundry, etc. Shared Bathroom with one other male. No pets. We already have small cats and dogs so you have to be okay with small animals, they’re very tame however and won’t be in your way at all. Security deposit is same as rent $950….depending on when you move in we’ll proliferate…..Security deposit is negotiable. Just DM ME. Refundable at the end of Term if all is well and lease term isn’t broken suddenly. Proof of income must be shown as well. Lease is from: Now-Jan 14th. DM for more pics and videos. Thank you!
