Fall Sublease!

FALL SUBLEASE (August-December) Howdy! I’m looking to see if anyone would like to do a Fall (now-Dec.) sublet of my room in a 2x2 condo! I am doing an internship in Houston, which is why I am not there. Everything is provided; stocked kitchen, utensils, bed, mattress, etc. We have a full backyard with a bus stop a few houses down (route 26) that takes you straight to campus. Perfect for anyone who just needs a temporary place if graduating in December or leaving for an internship/study abroad in the spring. Rent is 550 with utilities ranging around 100. My roommate will be staying, and she is an architecture student with a dog (Aussie)! Please text me if you’re interested. August, half of September, and subleasing fee is completely covered!
