Middle aged woman, renting a room

Hello, I am looking for a room to rent.
I am on disability, and am applying to section 8, but I need a place to live in the meantime. I am a very quiet keep to myself type for the most part, well spoken and have a sarcastic sense of humor. I am also neurodivergent, and struggle to take care of myself most days. I struggle to take showers, and appear to be very forgetful, but it's just symptoms of ADHD. I am very thoughtful though, and responsible. What is a deal breaker for some, my passion in life is to bake and post online for people to pick up. So, people come to the apartment and I have a brief conversation with them and they pick up baked goods. This is no more than 10 times a month, more around the holidays. I am very perceptive, and wouldn't invite someone that would seem unsafe. It's mostly low income families wanting a treat. I am also starting to write, and have writing projects I am working on. I cannot pay more than 700 a month for one room, and that would have to include everything. I have to be out of my apartment by the end of the year.
