It's fairly quiet area, a Room for rent (for a female). 500 Yards from Antelope and Walerga road intersection.
Quiet area close to most shops, 4 traffic lights to Walmart or Winco, 1.5 mile from freeway 180 ramp, 0.4 mile from bus stop. It's ideally for a working female and/or college student.
It's a peaceful 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house. (Room includes: good size closet, extra lamp, remote control/timer ceiling fan with light. And "optional" furniture: bed and mattress, nightstand.
House is 1 level, it has: central AC and heating, carpet, washer and dryer, Private security system, Comcast WIFI and filtered water.
Shared kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, microwave, toaster, air fryer, etc.
I can accept only 1 month payment as for deposit "with proof of income" (refundable).
Looking for someone friendly, respectful and cleanly, who is responsible. No indoor smoking, large pets, night owl, heavy alcohol, hard drugs and no visitors traffic (except close family members).

P.S I'm Male, federal employed living in the house with only 1 female roommate I work full time and almost never home and any references from previous females roommates are available.
