About the house: Shared bathroom (with only one other roommate) 1,075 + shared utilities 500 security deposit 12 month lease. Spacious furnished common area. Large backyard with fire pit, BBQ, and plenty of room to relax. In home laundry, high speed Internet, plenty of parking and one friendly well behaved large dog.
