We are two science nerds (aged mid 20’s to early 30’s) who enjoy keeping a clean, peaceful, quiet environment and would like to maintain it that way. I am a high school science teacher who enjoys yoga, cooking, swing dancing, gardening, and quiet nights in. My boyfriend is finishing his thesis and enjoys doing yoga, watching me garden, watching me try to dance, eating my cooking, and occasionally quiet nights in. We also have two adorable, well behaved indoor cats who share the space. Additionally, we prefer a fragrance free environment (due to migraines), so if you love strong candles, perfume, and scented cleaning products, we will not be a match! The Living Situation 🧘♀️
We are looking for someone who is ok with a temporary living situation (3-8 months). You would be signing onto our current month to month lease and would need to submit an application, pass a background check, and provide proof of income (though it doesn’t have to be 2.5x rent).
While the kitchen is a shared space, it is a small space. I cook a lot and had supplied all of the kitchen and cooking wares for my previous roommates, so there is very limited room for additional kitchen/cooking supplies unless you plan to keep it in your room. Looking For 🕵️
