Looking for a private room

Hi looking for a private room with car parking included and utilities and wifi. My budget is $650-700 max.
A little about myself: I am gay if that matters and looking for a place where I am not judged but treated fairly. i also recently found a new job but right now my budget is tight but i need something closer to my job because i have to travel 40-45 mins to work. I am very clean and tidy, i like to keep a home clean like it’s my own. I am very peaceful so no I'm not the party type or loud till 4am. And prefer people that way too. I work at Hanon Systems as of 3 months now. And i want to move somewhere near hwy 50 and cottrelle or the gore rd and queen. If anyone has anything available for me please reach out to me. Thank you
