It is a brand new, beautiful space, located in the heart of College Town, minutes from campus with everything you need within walking distance.

Rent includes water, Wi-Fi, trash, and sewage (electricity not included, around $20-40/month). There is also a $14/month liability insurance fee, which can be removed if you provide your own policy.
