I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in downtown Cincinnati, starting the beginning of September! The lease ends May 2027 with the option to resign!
It is on the corner of 4th and Broadway, so a great location for anyone working downtown! There are two fitness studios inside the complex as well. My apartment features floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom. The living room contains privacy blinds, so no one is able to see in during the day, as well as black out curtains in both spaces. This unit does come with a full sized washer and dryer, a huge walk-in closet, as well as a lovely back patio! Parking is not included at this property. You would be responsible finding separate parking arrangements. There are many great options close by: garages, lots, and on street parking permit.
