Looking for roommate, 2bed 1bath

Hi I’m looking for a roommate to move in to what used to be my spare bedroom. It comes with an unused full size bed and nightstand, but I can sell those if you have your own. The rent would 500, water, trash, and sewage are included in the rent, it would just be pgne and wifi that’s separate. I have 2 cats so please be aware if you’re allergic
