Hi! I’m Johny, a civil engineer currently living in Huntington Beach and relocating to San Diego for work near downtown. I’m planning to move by the end of next month and am looking for a clean and comfortable room or apartment. I’m open to either a month-to-month arrangement or a lease of at least months, depending on what works best for everyone. I work full-time and have my own car for commuting, so parking would be helpful. I’m clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke or drink and generally keep a calm and responsible lifestyle. Please let me know if you think this could be a good fit.
