Looking for room to rent!

I am a 29 year old single male, seeking a room to rent in a nice, quiet and comfortable home around the Oceanside/Carlsbad area. I have a full time job in San Marcos and I am a working drummer as well. I’m on the go quite often. I get up early (my job starts at 5am) and I get home late at times too. I am clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. 420 friendly, no hard drugs. I like to drink good beer and cocktails socially but I am NOT the life of the party. Ideally I would like my own private room w/ private entrance, not opposed to a shared bathroom. I value a clean and comfortable home that I can unwind in after a long day.
