Looking for a quiet room or place

Description

I'm a legal studies student looking for a quiet room to sleep and study (when I'm not working). I work full time and intern on the weekend so I would really only come to sleep, eat (I meal prep), and study. I'm not particular about anything, I would just prefer a nice sized closet because I do have a passion for fashion and depop. I do not have any pets but I don't mind cats or dogs (as long as they're well behaved). Please, if you like to party, or if the area is loud, do NOT contact me. It will NOT work. I need to focus and I'm not compromising on that at all.
