Hi! My name is Bogdan Capita, I'm 20 years old and a third-year Electrical Engineering student at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). I'm currently looking for a studio, apartment, or room that I can call home for the long term. Alongside my studies, I work part-time, receive DUO student finance, and my parents are willing to act as guarantors if needed. This gives me a stable financial situation and allows me to comfortably meet my rental obligations. In my free time, I enjoy fashion, listening to music, watching movies, going to the gym, and exploring new places. I'm not much of a gamer or a cook, and I usually prefer a quiet evening with a film or music after a busy day. It usually takes me a little time to get to know new people, so I can seem a bit reserved at first. Once I feel comfortable, I'm friendly, open, and enjoy good conversations. I value honesty, respect, and a peaceful living environment where everyone is considerate of each other. I'm a clean, responsible, and reliable tenant who takes good care of the place I live in. My goal is to find a comfortable home where I can focus on my studies, work, and enjoy student life in Eindhoven.
