Prof and his dog child seeking room

Looking for someone to share my home with. Room is furnished. House is clean and has pool and pool table and putting green. I am a cpa / finance professional and work from home. Am clean, respectful and considerate and require that of my roommates. Other than that I’m pretty chill and keep to myself. My dog is big but super friendly. We are both new to living in the area. Both from the PNW. Dog lovers are a huge plus. I have two rooms for rent but may not rent them both. If only one, you will pretty much have your own bathroom. Smoke/vape free interior.
