👀 4 a second chance apt/landlord

My husband and me are looking for a studio or one bedroom to rent. We have not so great credit (incl. bankruptcy 5 years ago) and a past eviction. No felonies, my husband has been a full time mechanic for 12 years currently has a very stable job at local shop and I am a full time student going to school to be a special education teacher. We have a bumpy past that doesn’t look great on paper but our past doesn’t define who we have become, just need to find someone that will give us a chance. Have verifiable income that is between 3200-4000 a month (after taxes).
