Looking for a roommate

Room available located in downtown Wilmington. 10 minute walk from the historic area of Wilmington. Living situation wise its me and my girlfriend and one roommate who may be leaving, me and my girlfriend are both mostly home bodies who are 420 friendly and like to cook at home most nights. We try to keep the space welcoming and encourage decor big time, i understand that us being a couple could lead to concerns but we have been together for 4 years and rarely ever have disagreements. We share one vehicle and have room in our driveway for one more and there is always street parking.
