My roommates and I are looking for people to take over our leases at Aspire Reserve (100 Church Ave, College Station, TX) with immediate move-in available. Unfortunately, Aspire Reserve didn’t make it clear to us that the apartment was leased by the bedroom instead of by the entire unit, and we aren’t able to afford the individual room rates. We’re hoping to find people to take over our leases. It is pet friendly! This is just first rents but mostly will be paid off if taken before August 1st or on it won’t be! But next month would be a bit less than first rent!
