👀 Looking to quickly find 2 roommates due to a current financial crisis I’m dealing with. 🏠 The house has a shed, greenhouse, storage room, and garden that I’ve been taking care of. 1️⃣ One bedroom is 120sqft with a ~20sqft walking closet and an ensuite bathroom for $850/m. 2️⃣ The other room is 135sqft with a small regular closet area, a mirror vanity with drawers built into the wall, and a shared bathroom. ✅ MUST BE EMPLOYED OR FULLTIME STUDENT, Rent due 1st/last of month (either is fine), 6 - 12 month lease, no monthly. 🟡 Preferences: 21-29, gamers / nerdy / alt roommates. Single occupants preferred but would rent to a couple if needed
