Looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom in a clean 4- bedroom 2 1/2 bath. The room will be available starting August 1st and you will share a bathroom upstairs. The bedroom is downstairs so you will also have basement access that has a sectionional couch and tv already furnished in that living room.
