Hi! My name is Berzel. I’m relocating for work and I’m currently in Ripon looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment or small house to rent. My main requirement is that it has a private washer and dryer inside the unit (not shared). I’m also looking for a safe, quiet neighborhood with off-street parking.
