Two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in South Eugene. The available bedroom is unfurnished (the furniture shown in the photos is not included). The apartment has a kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher, a gas fireplace, vinyl plank flooring, off-street parking, secure bike storage, onsite laundry, and gas heat and hot water. I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current roommate, who is moving for a job. I have two ESA animals: an 18-year-old dog and a 4-year-old cat. They’re both calm and enjoy a quiet home. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared. I just ask that you be respectful of shared spaces and my belongings.
