Nice neighborhood + Furnished ST

Older home with hardwood floors in a wonderful neighborhood near a park and shops to walk to. 2-3 months short term, fully furnished. Looking for a female over 40 who is clean, easy going, and works outside of the home (I work from home most days not all). Share the home and patio with just me and my visiting family now and then. Fully furnished and utilities covered. Laundry inside. No animals due to 2 birds and allergies. No overnight guests
No smoking or vaping and no candles or chemical sprays. Clear background + ideal, but can run a check with a short term agreement. Cleaning deposit only but insurance will be passed on as a cost if you don’t have Lemonade insurance or similar. $500 deposit. I am social but usually working or out and about. I have great CA travel tips. Love to hike and play tennis, etc. If you are exploring the area or visiting or working as a traveling tech person or nurse, this is perfect. I prefer someone who simply isn’t noisy. No loud TV., loud convos, or yelling.
